My wife and I met Kelly several years ago and would talk with her casually about our crazy “dream” to sell our current home and purchase a larger one that would cater to our growing family. This was in no way our reality given the market and amount of work it would take to accomplish, especially with two young children. As we watched Kelly expertly sell one of our friend’s homes, exceeding their expectations and enabling their own crazy dream to come true, we became inspired to have a deeper conversation. One of the most important gifts Kelly gave was the ability for me to be a mom and live my very busy life while she handled the entire process. Kelly is the best and I love my new house!

She was realistic about my budget, helping steer me to real possibilities while at the same time not hurrying me if I needed to check a place out long enough to realize for myself that it was out of reach. She also helped me know what I'm seeing in a house and clarify pros and cons (or positive potential) that I might not see at first. She was patient to help me see places as I got oriented amid lots of travel over the summer and then helped me focus and sort out a strategy at crunch time. We had a few that could work as I came to a deadline and had to make a tough choice between two that seemed to be winners to me for different reasons and they were taking bids at the same time. I think she was able to help me clarify my priorities and then make an offer that would win. That was big since I didn't want to lose both!

Her approach is to make fewer offers but make one's on houses that you really want and that you expect to win. This with her ability to hear my wants in the process (or intuit them from house by house feedback) set her apart and made for a great experience. Thanks Kelly!

Kelly delivered over and above when it came to both helping to sell our old house and to purchase a new one. Her word was bond! She was extremely knowledgable about the market and did a lot of upfront research to aid our decision making process. Kelly was a great listener and used comps and other data to explain various aspects of the home selling and buying process. We met Kelly about four years ago at an open house when my husband and I were just beginning to believe we might never own a home in the bay area. She explained we shouldn't be discouraged and would be happy to show us some homes in our price range and talk through the different possibilities. Not only were we able to find a home that we loved, we had an offer at asking accepted same day and closed on our house hours before leaving the country for a two week vacation. Fast forward three years and we had grown out of our starter home but again thought it would be impossible to find something bigger in our price range while selling our current home where we lived with our two dogs, cat, and baby. Not only was Kelly able to get our offer on our new home accepted with the contingency of selling our current home (something that simply doesn't happen in the bay area real estate market) she was also able to list and get our current home under contract in eight days! In under one month, we had sold our current home and purchased/moved into our forever home. While this tight of a timeline is stressful under the best of circumstances, Kelly was able to efficiently and seamlessly complete both transactions. We wholeheartedly recommend her for buying and selling in the bay area and really couldn't have purchased our home without her!
